Self-Conscious is a game about a teenager getting to know themselves through the doodles in their notebook. It's a naive look at internal struggles that follow you throughout your life as they might have been experienced when you first became aware of them.
✧ What was the inspiration of the game? What made your team decide to make this game specifically?
Self-Conscious pulls heavily from JRPGs like the Persona series and Octopath Traveler, combined with the Internal Family Systems model of psychotherapy.
